This is what you need:
400 g chicken breast
1 tbs Curry Powder Cp44
4 leafs Romaine Salad
1/2 Red bell pepper
1 Tomato
2 tbs Creme Fraiche
Fresh Koriander leaf
Salt
4 flat bread
This is what you do:
Cut the chicken breast into slices. Stir fry it in oil at high heat until nearly cooked. Turn down the heat a bit and add the curry powder. Fry a little longer and set a side. Add salt to taste.
Slice the vegetables and add them and the chicken into a wrap together with the creme fraiche as showed at the picture.
Enjoy as a quick and tasty meal/snack.
