Pear & Curry Chutney


















This is what you need:


500 g Pear - Without peel and core
125 g Sugar
50 g Vinegar
0,5 tsp Curry Powder
A bit of salt

This is what you do:

Chop up the pears in chunks and add them and all the other ingredients to a pot.
Let it simmer without a lid until the thin liquid has evaporated.
Pour the chutney into a preserving jar and put on the lid at once. Turn the jar up side down so the hot chutney sterilize the lid. This way the chutney will last longer without adding preservative.

Serve as condiment to meat and vegetable dishes.
